As a Franchise Owner you will advertise through various media to attract customers/clients who desire to build a custom home on their property. Franchise Owner will provide full-service, home-building consulting to your customer/client. Unlike typical custom home-building companies that call all the shots and make all the decisions for the customer/client, The Franchise Owner backed by our three decades of home construction experience, assists and consults with the customer/ client throughout the entire building process. However, the customer/client makes all the decisions concerning the design, construction, subcontractor selections, interior décor and finishing of their dream home. |

Assistance in locating and establishing office, signage and advertising.

One week of extensive training at the corporate office, lodging and other expenses not included.

Access to approved mortgage financing institutions & participation in special in house programs.

An experienced general contractor for local municipalities and bank residential construction requirements.
