Our Companion Care services are non-medical and were created to help encourage & maintain the independent lifestyle. If you need assistance for yourself, or for a loved one, help is available a few hours a day up to full time live in care. Conversation, game playing and a walk around the neighborhood are just a few of the options we provide to promote mental and physical stimulation. Whether you live in the same house, around the corner, or miles away, caring for a loved one can be very stressful. Home Care services, such as medication reminders, meal preparation and grooming, were designed to assist family members in the continuing care of loved ones while providing a reassurance of security. Additionally, for any help that is needed outside of what we offer, we are happy to coordinate home health care services by working together with your medical providers.

Our training class is a multi-segmented course that includes Home Care Education, Marketing and Finance. The agenda is extensive, but the classes are paced to ensure the full comprehension of the franchisees. Class sizes are also kept to a minimum to allow for more personal interaction between the attendees and their trainers. Our continuing education programs, such as company webinars, newsletters and field visits will help you keep current on the latest policies, procedures, regulations, skills and updated news in the Home Care Industry. Trova Training consists of 4 days in our corporate offices in Thousand Oaks, CA. On days 1- 3 we will cover from industry overview and the set up of your Trova Home Care business to operations and our Trova software and communications. Day 4 will include basic bookkeeping and your business plan as well as Marketing & Networking.
