Charley's requires each operator to complete a comprehensive 3-week training program at various corporate locations in Columbus, OH. Topics include developing a business plan, staffing and training, customer service, and local store marketing.

Jimmy John's World's Greatest Sandwiches are made from the highest quality meats, cheeses and toppings available. The fresh vegetables that go into all our sandwiches are cut daily. Our breads are baked fresh in our stores everyday. Each sandwich is made one at a time, fast and flawless.

All new franchisees participate in an 18-day program conducted by our Training Staff at the Jimmy John's Training Center located in Champaign, Illinois. Once completed, franchisees will attend a four week apprenticeship program at an approved location closer to their home market.

Prior business experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications, individual motivation and a track record of success are important factors in our evaluation process.

The original pioneer of the Philly Cheesesteak segment features the genuine Philly Cheesesteak, Fresh-cut French Fries and fresh squeezed lemonade with a variety of other grilled sandwiches, grilled salads and our very own 'Smashed Potato'.
